Pump handle rotates a full 360 degrees for convenient operation by user even in very restricted working spaces. Low frame easily clears undercarriage obstacles and side body fairings. Easily accessible release valve facilitates sensitive load lowering. Four swivel wheels and grab handles on each end make jack and load positioning easy and precise.
