Warranty Policy:

Goods and Services warranty:

The standard warranty period commences from date of purchase and warranty is limited to manufacturer warranty at all times and is limited to manufacturers design, faults and workmanship. Warranty does not apply for usual wear and tear. Warranty is limited to 12 months on tools sold by Trucktools. Any variation to above mentioned warranty must be discussed and agreed by Trucktools management in writing. 

Please note: warranty doesn't always include freight charges, labor costs and travel expenses which can be incurred by the purchaser. Each case is unique and will be treated accordingly. Items claimed to be defective are to be returned at the purchase’s own risk and at times, freight can be paid by the purchaser. No partial or full responsibility is taken by Trucktools management or their subsidiaries for loss or damages occurred during return of the product(s). The warranty will be deemed null and void, if correct operation and maintenance procedure of the product as instructed in the operations manuals are not followed. 

Warranty does not include or cover any consequential losses or damages resulting from failure of parts or equipment. Warranty becomes immediately null and void If/when the purchaser makes any design changes (fully or partially) to the product or uses non-genuine or used replacement parts. Trucktools complies with Australian Consumer Law warranty policy at all times.
