No additional tools, only need a Phillips screwdriver.
Adjustable radiator test adaptor opening range: 40~75mm

Instructions:
Open the radiator cap and then set the tool into the orifice of the tank, it can easily be measured.
Make two claws tightly to clip on orifice both sides, then twist the head in counterclockwise way to tighten down to seal with the tank outlet.
Last point, use the cross screwdriver to tighten both side screws
