Secure oil filter into the base of the machine then adjust the cutter blade to apply pressure, turn the handle to proceed cutting the filter base free.

The machine will cut filters from 65mm to 110mm in diameter. Oil drain tray collects oil residue. Separate steel housing and paper filter for best environment protection
